Terms of Use
Last updated: July 3, 2026
The short version: buy once for Solo and it's yours, subscribe per seat for Team. Your content belongs to you. Don't share license keys or abuse the service, and we'll keep making Pebi better.
The agreement
These terms are between you and Pebi Studios, an independent studio based in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using our tools at pebistudios.com, you're agreeing to them. If a term here doesn't work for you, the honest advice is not to use the service, or email us first: pebistudios@gmail.com.
What you're buying
- Solo is a one-time purchase. It licenses one person to use the Pebi Content Planner, on as many of your own devices as you like, with updates included. It is a license to use the software, not ownership of the software itself.
- Team is a per-seat subscription that adds shared cloud workspaces and real-time sync for your group, billed until you cancel.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record: the checkout, payment handling, and applicable taxes run through them, under their checkout terms. Refunds work as described in our refund policy.
License keys
Your license key is for you. Please don't share it, post it, or resell it. Keys that get passed around get deactivated, that's the one hard rule that keeps one-time pricing possible for everyone else.
Your content is yours
Everything you create in Pebi (drops, captions, attachments, templates) belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. In Solo mode it lives on your device; in Team workspaces we store it only to sync it to your teammates. Because Solo data lives with you, backups are in your hands, and the planner gives you the tools: data files, exports, and encrypted backups. Please use them.
Fair use
Don't use Pebi to store or share illegal content, don't attack, overload, or attempt to break the service, and don't wrap our service up and resell access to it. That's the whole list.
The service evolves
Pebi ships continuously: features improve, and occasionally change shape. We work hard to keep the service up and your data safe, but like nearly all software, Pebi is provided as is, without warranties, and we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law guarantees you.
Ending things
You can stop using Pebi and delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and where the situation is fixable we'll warn you first. If we ever discontinued the planner, Solo keeps working locally, and we'd give Team users reasonable notice and a way to export everything.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. If we update the terms in a way that matters, we'll note it in the planner's "What's new" and update the date above; continuing to use the service after that means the new version applies.
