Refund Policy

The short version: Solo has a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Team can be cancelled anytime and simply runs out at the end of the billing period. Email us and a human sorts it.
Solo (one-time purchase)
If Pebi isn't for you, email pebistudios@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your receipt or license key and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation, no hard feelings. After a refund, the license key is deactivated.
Team (subscription)
You can cancel your Team subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; your team keeps access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't refund partial periods. Your workspace content remains exportable throughout.
Oops charges
Charged twice, renewed when you meant to cancel, or something similarly obviously wrong? Email us and we'll make it right, regardless of the windows above.
How refunds arrive
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, so refunds go back through them to your original payment method. Once issued, banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that consumer law in your country guarantees you.
